Applicants should demonstrate how procurement has been leveraged as a driver of efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage, highlighting practical examples of transformation that set benchmarks for excellence and forward-thinking practices within SMEs.
Submission Format
Applicants may submit their application in ONE of the following formats:
Option A: Executive Video Pitch

The video should succinctly articulate:

The applicant’s role, organization, and scope of responsibility

The initiative, transformation, or achievement relevant to the selected award category

Strategic objectives, execution approach, and key outcomes achieve

Option B: Executive Slide Deck

Maximum length: 5 slides (PDF or PowerPoint)

Slides should address the same core elements as the video submission

Content should be concise, insight-driven, and outcomes-focused

Shortlisting & Evaluation

All submissions will be reviewed by the APIS26 Advisory Panel and Judging Committee

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in a one-to-one discussion or clarification session with the judges, where applicable and subject to category requirements

All interviews, if required, will be conducted virtually
