How to Participate

Choose Your Category – Select the award category that best represents your achievements.

Review the Criteria – Carefully read the category description to ensure your submission aligns with the requirements.

Submit Your Entry – Complete your submission through the provided forms, ensuring all required details are included. Entries that do not adhere to the guidelines may risk disqualification or limited review by the judges.
Submission Process & Requirements
To encourage broad participation while ensuring a rigorous, transparent, and efficient evaluation process, the APIS26 Awards application framework has been designed to be clear, flexible, and firmly focused on measurable impact and leadership excellence.
1. Submission Format
Applicants may submit their application in ONE of the following formats:
Option A: Executive Video Pitch

Maximum duration: 5 minutes

The video should succinctly articulate:

The applicant’s role, organization, and scope of responsibility
-
The initiative, transformation, or achievement relevant to the selected award category
-
Strategic objectives, execution approach, and key outcomes achieve
-
Option B: Executive Slide Deck
-
Maximum length: 5 slides (PDF or PowerPoint)
-
Slides should address the same core elements as the video submission
-
Content should be concise, insight-driven, and outcomes-focused
**Applicants are required to submit either a video or a slide deck, not both.
2. Award Category Selection
-
Each application may be submitted under a maximum of two (2) award categories
-
Applicants must ensure their submission clearly aligns with the intent, scope, and evaluation criteria of the selected category(ies)

Submission Period: Opens 9 February and closes 9 April. Late submissions will not be entertain.

Submission Process: All entries must be submitted exclusively to CT Event Asia’s authorized team. Submissions sent to judges or unauthorized individuals will not be considered.
3. Shortlisting & Evaluation

All submissions will be reviewed by the ASEAN Procurement Innovation Award Judges.

Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in a one-to-one discussion or clarification session with the judges, where applicable and subject to category requirements

All interviews, if required, will be conducted virtually
4. Conflict of Interest
-
Judges must declare any potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from evaluating entries where a conflict exists.

If an applicant has a direct conflict with a judge, their submission may be disqualified to maintain fairness and integrity.
**The judging process is conducted with the highest standards of confidentiality, objectivity, and independence.
5. Important Notes

Submissions should clearly articulate what was achieved, how it was achieved, and the tangible value and impact delivered, supported by evidence of results

Relevant data points, performance metrics, and practical examples are encouraged, provided they are focused and concise

The ASEAN Procurement Innovation Awards recognise excellence across large enterprises, small-to-mid-sized organisations, and individual leadership
-
This application format is designed to balance accessibility for participants with the depth required for judges to assess genuine achievement, innovation, and leadership in procurement and supply chain excellence
